Shipping Policy

We arrange delivery across the UAE for eligible orders. The delivery address, access requirements, timing, and cost are confirmed with the quotation.

Delivery timing depends on production completion, route planning, traffic, site access, and the agreed service level. A delivery window is confirmed as part of the order.

Customers may collect completed orders from our Dubai facility when collection is selected and the team confirms that the order is ready.

Please make sure someone authorised can receive the order and that the delivery location is accessible. Report visible issues as soon as possible with order details and photographs where relevant.
