Quotes are based on the information available at the time. Production starts after the quotation, specifications, artwork, and any required payment or approval are confirmed.

Customers are responsible for supplying artwork they are authorised to use. Screen colours can differ from printed output; final results depend on the selected material, process, and finishing.

Turnaround is confirmed for each job and can depend on artwork approval, quantity, materials, finishing, and delivery details. Delivery and collection arrangements are confirmed with the quotation.

Changes after approval may affect price and delivery timing. Please contact the team as early as possible so we can confirm what can still be changed.

If any part of a quotation or project brief is unclear, ask before approval. We want the final specification to be understood by both sides.
